I have entered the wrong shipping address?
If you have entered the wrong shipping address you will need to email customerservice@beyondthemedal.com.au change this.

Altering your shipping address via your account after you have placed an order will not work, as your invoice has already been generated.

I don’t have a PayPal account?
You DO NOT have to be a member of PayPal to make an online transaction – you can opt to use your credit/debit card on the PayPal site.

To complete your purchase via credit or debit card details or your PayPal login information directly to PayPal, this way your details are kept secure and Beyond The Medal does not hold any credit card data on our servers or transmit any credit card data to or from our servers.

We do however collect your contact information and address to provide services to you.

Do you accept bank transfers?
Yes of course, your purchase will be shipped after the funds clear.

Sterling silver is an alloy of silver containing 92.5% by mass of silver and 7.5% by mass of other metals, usually copper. The sterling silver standard has a minimum millesimal fineness of 925.

What is .925 Sterling Silver?
Fine silver, for example 99.9% pure silver, is generally too soft for producing functional objects; therefore, the silver is usually alloyed with copper to give it strength while preserving the ductility and appearance of the precious metal. Other metals can replace the copper, usually with the intention of improving various properties of the basic sterling alloy such as reducing casting porosity, eliminating firescale, and increasing resistance to tarnish.  All of our Sterling Silver is .925.
